Stay ahead of legislation

MOBILITY PLAN

A Mobility Plan is now mandatory for all companies with over 100 employees on site. Providing car sharing, car pooling, and bike sharing services forms part of the measures being encouraged.

FRANCE’S MOBILITY LAW

France’s Loi D’orientation Des Mobilités (LOM) law obliges businesses to use a larger proportion of low-emission vehicles. In built-up environments, it favours low emission vehicles, car sharing and carpooling (e.g. dedicated lanes and parking spaces).   Find out more about the law

THE WLTP STANDARD

The corporate vehicle tax (TVS) will be based on the WLTP standard, which is more realistic in terms of CO2 emissions.
On average, 23g/km will be added to the calculation of CO2 emissions for new vehicles, which will increase the corporate vehicle tax and its penalty points (“malus”).

LOW EMISSION ZONES

The Grand Paris metropolitan authority introduced a Low Emissions Zone for “Crit´Air” badge class 5 vehicles on 1 July 2019. The Low Emissions Zone will become gradually more restrictive, the target being for only 100% clean vehicles to be allowed into the zone by 2030. 19 other French local authorities are following the same path.

OPTIMIZE YOUR CAR PARKING MANAGEMENT

YOUR CAR PARK IS TOO FULL

The solution? Encourage the use of public transport or car pooling.

The main obstacle to these options is the lack of freedom during the day; not being able to move when and where you want.

Flexy Moov is the perfect complement to public transport and carpooling.

CUT YOUR COSTS

YOU WANT TO BE MORE EFFICIENT AND CUT YOUR COSTS

You can cut your car park costs, taxi costs and mileage allowance costs with a fleet of vehicles for your employees.

If your business is split over two sites, you can cut travelling times by providing bikes, scooters, motor scooters or even cars to your employees.

DIGITIZE AND ORGANIZE YOUR EXISTING FLEET

YOU WANT TO MANAGE AN EXISTING FLEET OF VEHICLES

Flexy Moov can digitize and manage your existing fleet: we fit each car with a device containing a “virtual” key; you can track reservations and usage rates.

Need to spread the word about the benefits of our solution? We will organize workshops on the theme of your choice.

PROMOTE THE TRANSITION TO ELECTRIC

YOU WANT TO ENCOURAGE EMPLOYEES TO SWITCH TO ELECTRIC.

Regulations require a larger proportion of zero-emission vehicles in company fleets. An electric vehicle car sharing solution will enable a more seamless transition for your employees.

And for those reluctant to take electric vehicles on long trips, we can provide some ICE vehicles in your premises, to be used to go on vacation for example.
